T Catt is an American illustrator who resides somewhere in Southern America (ya know, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, all that). He is best known for his erotic portrayal of well known comic and fiction characters. He does not reveal his real name but he is undoubtedly influenced by, and a fan of Berkeley Breathed as he adapted his online nickname from the Breathed character "Bill The Cat" (Bill T. Cat).
